Rating the Rating System

This project investigates how patient experiences are reduced to single ratings while hiding both systemic structures and public engagement. By classifying reviews across multiple dimensions and enabling discussion on specific comments, the interface reveals how experiences are interpreted, contested, and collectively evaluated, surfacing what is truly relevant for healthcare systems.
