How can we manage stress through tangible interaction? This project reimagines the everyday pen as a discreet biofeedback and stimming device. By leveraging its familiar, non-intrusive form, it offers users an accessible way to self-regulate stress and anxiety during daily routines. The pen functions both as a writing tool and a calming object, integrating subtle sensors and responsive feedback. It bridges utility and emotional well-being through embodied interaction, promoting mindful habits and offering a quiet companion for stress management.
