Digital Landscape is a creative coding project based on sound. The goal was to represent the infinite space through a tunnel and three-dimensional objects, like cubes and spheres. The focus of the assigned brief was on exploring with code and sound. The project has two main scenes: the first with an infinite tunnel generated by the geometric figure in the background; while the second projects the viewer into a landscape generated by the song.

Interface and interaction modality

The visualization automatically generates 3D objects while the colors and shape in the background can be changed using the computer mouse and keyboard. Through the mouse position the colors of the 3D objects change, while with the keyboard it’s possible to change the appearance of the polygon on the background and the color of the lines.

Digital Landscape was designed and implemented using the processing programming language.
